Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the product remains in resaleable condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
